I did not complete whole Act 1 as solo Leper. I reached the boss with a full party, then modified the save file data this way:
1. Removed other 3 heroes.
2. Gave Leper Thrilling Tablet trinket and Jinx + Bloodthirsty quirks.
No memory or inn item buffs were added.
