This is how I got from ranked bronze in apex legends season 8 and not apex season 9. I used Loba and not the new legend Valkyrie. Sometimes I used Octane Bloodhound Fuse Horizon. The maps in rotation was kings canyon and olympus - I went through bronze silver gold platinum and diamond but didnt make it to masters or predator yet. Worlds edge is the newest ranked map in season 9 and the boceck bow and spitfire have been nerfed!
