This just took me a few attempts to get S-Rank. I'm already experienced with this map from getting S-Rank Pre 1.0 and the AI isn't really anymore difficult than it was back when I first got it. The only difference is that I'm using non-lethals instead of lethals for the S-Rank. The AI on this map gets startled quite easily so make sure you take advantage of them right away because once their past their "startled" phase they become alert and they will aimbot the crap out of you.
Try not to let them get to that point and if you do engage them with NADES so that you don't get shot and the map can potentially be done without taking any damage at all because there isn't much suspects. RNG for spawns helps too but it is not required to depend on. I can do this map quite easily regardless of spawns but that's because I've already mastered it. Practice makes perfect for everyone if you are struggling :)
