Some Solutions

Follow the Recommended Drivers Video Posted on the Channel and Our Entire Community
If you get the problem for the first time avoid going back and forth trying drivers (do the below)
DDU in Safe Mode with LAN disconnected to prevent Windows from installing the basic driver, have the new driver already downloaded
Use HDMI instead of DP
Disable GSYNC
Depending on the Refresh of your Monitor Lock the Hz to 120Hz or less (in some cases 60Hz works)
If you have an OC Model GPU Switch the VBIOS Switch to the other position
If you don't have an OC Model GPU Flash the VBIOS of your GPU (only for those who have the knowledge)
Enable CSM in BIOS and put Everything in LEGACY Mode (My solution when I compete and get a black screen)
