If you tried to turn the engine on and the bike runs on high RPM which is enough to push the scooter at regular speed without giving a throttle and an error signal is coming on , this is due to Throttle position sensor problem and most of the time this is due to uncentered throttle body or it's not tighten well and here is a solution to this kind of issue
