People! I need your help! Yeah, from all of you who can help me with this! I got today a Nintendo 64 Cartridge, the game Perfect Dark. And well... it boots, but you can't play.

This is the problem: There are no files visible in the menu and the game looks like it is empty but if you try to create a new agent it says that the game pak memory is full (Check the video). In the back part of cartridges says: "Do not rapidly turn the power switch on and off-this may cause backed-up game paks to lose your stored game information" I tried that but didn't worked, I reseted the game like a crazy bitch but didn't worked too... I don't own a GameShark and I don't own a controller pak so I don't have anything to play it. I'm asking you for help to see if there is anything to do to fix this WITHOUT a GameShark and WITHOUT any tool for editing the game memory! Just physically, any way to "format" the cartridge.

Anyway, if somebody knows how to reset it with a GameShark, feel free to say how because maybe one day I will get one!

Thanks a lot people! I hope all of you help me!

EDIT: I also tried without using the Expansion Pak and leaving it just with the Jumper Pak, the game itself boots too, and says the same thing so no working, some minutes ago I tried again with the thing of the On-Off but nothing happened. I will try tilting the cartridge.
