ENG- In this video I'll show you some of the most important side effects of Glitzer Popping and some possible solution. Below many ways to get new TMs and berries:
TMs: Read the location of all the TMs and HM https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_TM_and_HM_locations_in_Generation_III
Berries: Many berries are located all around Hoenn, but there are some NPCs that give you a berry every day: Pretty Petal flower shop (Route 104), near Lanette's house (Route 114), Nord of Route 111, Nord-Est of Lilycove City, South of Route 120, South-West of Sootopolis City, Berry Master (West of Route 123). The Berry Master's wife can give you different berries if you tell her these sentences: "Great Battle", "Challenge Contest", "Overwhelming Latias", "Cool Latios", "Super Hustle". You can get two more berries getting all the silver symbols and all the gold ones. You can obtain a Liechy Berry visiting the Mirage Island (link to my tutorial below). At last, you can get other berries trading with other games (you can get certain berries only with certain TIDs) and trading with Pokémon Colosseum (there are four exclusive berries).

Bacche: molte bacche sono collocate in giro per Hoenn, ma ci sono degli NPC che te ne danno una al giorno: Fiorista Bel Petalo (Percorso 104), vicino alla casa di Lanette (Percorso 114), a Nord del Percorso 111, a Nord-Est di Porto Alghepoli, a Sud del Percorso 120, a Sud-Ovest di Ceneride, da Bacco Bacchini (Ovest del percorso 123). La moglie di Bacco Bacchini può dare bacche particolari se le si dicono queste frasi: "Grande Lotta", "Super Gara", "Latias Imbattibile", "Latios Di classe", "Tuttafretta Urrà!". Puoi ottenere due ulteriori bacche vincendo tutti i simboli argento e tutti i simboli oro. Puoi trovare la Baccalici nell'Isola Miraggio (sotto il mio tutorial). Infine, puoi avere altre bacche scambiando con altri giochi (alcune bacche sono ottenibili solo con determinati TID) e scambiando con Pokémon Colosseum (ci sono quattro bacche esclusive).
