Been a very very long time since ive played this game.. wouldnt be surprised if its been about 10 years or so since ive played another person in this game randomly. And really who knows even just randomly turning it on.. I know that me vs akuma thing I did with ryu im sure was the first time in a very very very long time as well that I even put the game in...
For what its worth for some reason it seems that fightcade does not run the game on a normal speed. Normally obviously there is normal and then turbo speed.. of course normally you pick turbo.. but for some reason the game is defaulting when you vs another person to always pick turbo 2 which is only available in the dip switch stuff. Pretty strange..So considering how often I play(cough basically never obviously)kinda hard to adjust too. Not sure how much I want to play period or can play either.. but you can see me do some pretty quick guy gimmicks here.
Anyway people are always asking to see me play.. and at the end of the day, ive already showed me playing so I really dont know what there is to show, and I dont play much in the first place. So dont expect a lot. .but umm here you go a few more I guess.
Anyway as usual a pretty misunderstood game.. dont get me wrong its a clusterfuck. But I appreciate the novelty for what it is, as its not trying to be something its not. Cough alpha 2 cough.... Although guy is often maybe in the narrative of people who didnt play the game competitively considered the best for some reason. Akuma and ken are the best in the game. With id say guy and rose being the most eye rolling of the cast if you will. With ryu being slightly below them. I have seen early versions of the game had bison better in some tier lists in japan, but I was not there at the time obviously to comment on the validity of that.
