Well, The Unofficial PC Port is Here as thanks to the User Rubberduckycooly and RMGRich. Here is A Gameplay of this Unofficial PC Port Since it Uses RSDKv4 by Christian Whitehead (AKA The Taxman) and Stealth (From Headcannon).

Update: For those you wondering... Yes, Sonic 1 (2013) alongside with Sonic 2, Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic CD will be Part of Sonic Origins that will be released officially next year with the Retro Engine.
