It's fun to keep the birds alive, isn't it? And if you avoid destroying any of them, each destroyed spawner will mean more, for a total of 8 birds on screen! Of course, this causes heavy input eating, so if you want the birds to survive as long as they can (until the boss defeat, a point at which they're programmed to be destroyed), you'll have to be really persistent. You can try pressing both jump buttons to deal with input lag, as well.
