The updated definitive way to play Sonic 3 & Knuckles with many minor and huge changes, yet still plays and feels like Sonic 3 at its core.

Sadly, I could not give you the mod list or link the mod pack here directly because:
1: Many mods are heavily moddified (like sprites and scripts) by me inorder for the mods to be competible so I couldn't just give you the original mods' links.
2: I couldn't ask for permission to upload a modpack because
i) Some of the modders already quitted Gamebanana and it's impossible to contact them.
ii) There are too many mods and it's simply impossible for an answer for each mod.
iii) Even if it's possible, my Gamebanana account was banned so I cannot ask them anyway.
