A challenge set by segasonic623.

Rules:

1. Sonic must never move. Tails has to carry him everywhere.
2. Both Acts must be finished between 6:00 & 7:00. (This one kinda gives away the result...)
3. Both Acts must be finished with a square number of rings. (Except 1.)
