Probably possible with extreme luck and patience... which I honestly don't have for this. This stage honestly I can see being the only possible stage to do with no directional input. I'd also say Tails' Ice Cap, but I tried it before and there's a section before the end where you need to hit a directional input, so yeah. And I mean, you could try and get lucky with Knuckles levels too I guess, but ehh.
