Tails' Story - Part 1

Instead of using the exact same voices in the cutscenes, they actually rerecorded the voices and even changed some dialogues! Why would you change Dr. Eggman's dialogue if it's almost the same cutscene as in Sonic's story?!

Update:
I get why they changed the dialogues now. Don't know how I didn't think of the difference in perspective back then.
