Just like the title said an old handheld classic game getting a 16-bit complete remake ( there is even another game gear sonic game going through a remake called Sonic Triple Trouble 16-Bit).

I will be honest the first time I heard of the SEGA game gear was in the AVGN videos and, I was kinda impress that SEGA did have it's own handheld device. So seeing an old game going through a remake is really a treat also a good way to introduce hidden games to people who never played it. My only criticism in the game would be the movement of sonic he feels so heavy to control just look at 3:15 - 3:21 normally I would be able to reach it no problem, but due to the heavy feeling of sonic it feel slowdown that the 2 ways to be fast is with a spin dash and speed power up.

After playing this demo beside the heavy movement, I say the creator of the remake has done a really good job, here is the link to try the demo yourself.
