Sonic Fan Game Playthrough: Project-06 Part 3
Welcome back to Project-06.
In this video we finish the game by going through the Kingdom Valley, here we get our final gem which you can only unlock after you get an S rank in every stage in the Demo which I did off screen before I got the gems.
The Rainbow gem is an item unobtainable in the retail game and this allows Sonic to transform into the invincible Super Sonic after Sonic collected 50 or more rings. unlike other gems Sonic will stay in his Super form if he enters a Super Speed Section while he is transformed into the state thus making the speed sections easier since you don't have to worry about getting hit.
This game also gives us plenty of options to change the game a bit different from the retail version these options are:
TGS Model: this implements animations only seen at the Tokyo Game Show 2005.
Camera type: this changes the camera from the TGS camera which was really close to the characters making it more difficult to platform, the E3 camera which is a bit further from the characters than the TGS camera but still closer than the retail release is.
Homing Retical: this adds a retical to every enemy in range of a Homing Attack
Spin Effect: this allows you to change the spin ball between the original just Sonic spinning animation and the Sonic Adventure style Jump ball which was made just for this remake and wan never seen in Sonic 06 at any point.
Jumpdash type: this lets you change the jump dash from going straight ahead like the retail game or curve down like other Sonic games
And lastly the UI customization: this lets you edit how you want the User Interface to look with the choice between Retail and the E3 look.
I hope you enjoyed this video.
