2In anticipation of Sonic X Shadow Generations, I thought it would be fun to revisit the original game, Sonic Generations. This particular game holds a special place in my heart, as it was my proper introduction into the Sonic games. It was the first Sonic game I ever owned, and I've been playing ever since. I can't wait to see what they have in store for us when the new game comes out. I'm so excited! I hope this series will help to prepare you for the new game!
Sonic Generations was released on November 1, 2011, on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC to commemorate Sonic's 20th anniversary. It is currently available for purchase on Steam.
In this video, we will cover Seaside Hill, which first appeared in Sonic Heroes for the Nintendo Gamecube, Xbox, and PlayStation 2 in 2003. Another iconic area in the SOnic series, this level made later appearances in Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games (2009), Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing (2010), Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Transformed (2012), Sonic Dash (2013) and its subsequent spinoffs, Team Sonic Racing (2019), and Sonic Rumble (TBD).
