Sonic Heroes - Bop Boost Glitch Tutorial

I made this video because the Bop Boost lacks any solid documentation outside of a few VODs of people giving barebones explanations and then executing the glitch.
I'm not particularly sure who discovered this glitch but I'm certainly not the guy. Shoutouts to whoever they are regardless.
