So, one day this dude decides to finish the unfinished levels in Sonic 2. He decides to make levels that have no level map, and use sparse graphics found in betas. So yeah, it's a fan hack and parts of it are pretty broken. And when you're throwing Metropolis badniks in the first level, you know shit's gonna go down.
