When I was much younger I thought the mach scale was an exponential scale and that 1 was sound but 10 was light. I think I'd mixed it up with Warp Factors from Star Trek or something, but, like, don't those start with light at 1 and then 10 is just kinda... really really fast? Er... anyway, that has very little to do with the video.
Also, now that I think of it, don't Robotnik boxes just harm you? There was no reason to try to get up to that one I saw.
