Yesterday Gamehut made a video "SONIC R - Top 10 Incredible Facts You Never Heard Before" or now... "Top 10 Surprising SONIC R Facts" (Not sure why it was renamed or had the thumbnail changed) and in his video, he mentions that a Scrapped Game mode called "Relay" was considered but scrapped due to time, I created a script in cheat engine to do what I believe this GameMode would have looked like in Game. One change I didn't make was adding more laps to Add Amy into the rotation, and doing so would break the hud a bit, but I do believe its possible as well as making more patches to correctly add it to the game. This was created as a proof of concept.
