Following the Heroes story, we now go into the Babylon story with their side of events that occur in parallel to the heroes. On board the Babylon Rogues airship, Eggman makes his appearance known to the rogue leader Jet. The doctor offers a job that will help the birds uncover the fabled Babylon Garden, which is to gather the Chaos Emeralds (one in which they were shown stealing in the Heroes Story intro). After a few races in the EX World Grand Prix, Jet orders Storm (who suffered a humiliating defeat to Knuckles in the competition) to sneak into Eggman's factory to find something as the hawk begins to have his suspicions about the doctor.
