Welcome to a new year of Sonic playthroughs on my channel,

We start this year with Sonic Riders Zero Gravity.

We start this playthrough by going through every course unlocked at the beginning of the game as well as showcasing every character with their personal Extreme Gear.

Now for how this playthrough is going to go: I will be showcasing every character and Extreme Gear that is available before going through a certain story and after that story I will showcase the characters and boards unlocked after that story.

And finally let me talk about how this game plays differently from the first riders game.
In this game your shortcut type is determined by your gear/level, so for example: Sonic can only grind on rails if his personal gear the Blue Star has unlocked the Grind ability in the race your in.
We also lost the ability to drift and boost manually, these being replaced by the new Gravity Control mechanics which by pressing the B button you will jump and slow down while being able to aim where you want to go and by releasing the B button you will gain a burst of speed in that direction, and finally the Gravity Dive which replaces the boost, by pressing the R button you will start floating and then by holding it you will blast of at high speed and if you're able to run into certain objects you will gain an even bigger burst of speed to help you stay in the lead.
