Enter Sonic Shuffle, a 2000 Sega Dreamcast entry meant to be Sega's counter to Toad's mortgaging madness on the N64 and also developed largely by Hudson Soft. After knocking it out of the park with Mario Party (along with many a person's palms), you'd think there'd be no issue translating that same level of party fun to the Fastest Thing Alive and his anthro buddies. Turns out there'd be quite a few issues! So much so that this was Sonic's only board game-based entry compared to his rival. But how bad could it really be?
Lumina Flowlight is our guide today as she tasks you to collect Precioustones to fix up Maginaryworld. ...Or that would be the case if we were doing Story Mode. But the other half of the playable roster wants to try their hand at this game as they brave the Emerald Coast. This is no Adventure, that's for sure...
