The Sony Action Camera AS100 is able to record videos at 720P resolution running at 100FPS to capture movement, using a tool like Sony's own Play Memories home, you can then get the slow motion effect by slowing down the playback rate.

This sample shows normal play back, then drops to 50% speed, and then 25% speed.
