Sony HDTV CRT problem

3This happens when the tv turns off and a standby light is on for six seconds. What's the problem? I have used this tv for 8 years and haven't had any issues until the hurricane hit and cut power to the tv. Since then when power came on the tv started to warp during dark settings.
