As you may know, Sony tried to trademark the term lets play recently. Many were concerned this would spell trouble for Youtube commentary and streamers that the PS4 giant would try to clamp down on lets plays.

However, Sony's trademark attempt has been dealt a critical blow as the US Patent Office has almost certainly ended Sony's claim. This is thanks to a LA law firm, The McArthur Law Firm, who put forward an objection to the patent office.
