4Sony China has officially launched the X series Bluetooth speakers, including the XE200, XE300 and XG300 speakers, according to ITHome. All three X-series models feature space-balanced X-Balanced speakers designed by Sony. The XG300 also features MEGA BASS and LIVE SOUND technology, which the manufacturer claims makes the bass more powerful and the sound more vivid. Sony has optimized the X Series microphones to reduce echo during calls. The SRS-XE200 and SRS-XE300 are also equipped with a microphone mute button.
All devices in the series support the wireless daisy chain function for up to 100 devices and stereo mode when connecting two devices. All three new products are IP67 waterproof and dustproof. The XE200 and XE300 also offer seawater corrosion protection and impact resistance. The battery life of the XE200 is about 16 hours, the XE300 is about 24 hours, and the XG300 is about 25 hours. All three speakers support fast charging. The XE200 and XE300 will be available on July 13, and the XG300 a week later. Prices for the devices in China have not yet been disclosed, however, international prices have been disclosed earlier: they range from 150 to 300 euros.
