1. Turn on the NightTerror cheat with AR Max and start SC3.
2. Go to Soul Arena/Quick Play and pick NIGHTMARE.
3. Be sure to have the number of rounds set to more than (1).
4. After both characters do their intro lines and the battle starts, press the button combination you would use to choose NightTerror on the Selection Screen while the battle is going. (Mine is Select+L2+R2)
5. After a few seconds, you will have NightTerror's moves.

This also works in Practice mode, and missions in Soul Arena that contain more than one battle/round. (Soul Smash, Survival)
