Asura is a very strong boss but not one that'll take too long.

He Focuses Primarily on physical attacks until his last phase so if you have Tetrakarn that may be the way to go but as the fight goes on he'll start giving himself more turns in exchange for increasing his weaknesses so really the healthbar is a lie because you'll spend half the fight in his first 1/3 of his health bar.
