What's Changed

Updated client code:
Use new SNIClient on_package overload introduced in AP 0.6.0.
AP versions earlier than 0.6.0 are no longer supported for this APWorld.
Use lookup_in_game and lookup_in_slot for item/location names.
Better handling of slot data and item send queue.
