I guess the game uses FSR 3: Native AA when FSR option is enabled. Because turning on FSR doesn't add fps in this game, but the image becomes much clearer than without it. Soulmask is made on Unreal Engine and doesn't have shader precompilation. So you will encounter stutters the first time you play. Otherwise, the game is quite well optimized for a survival game in my opinion. I hope shader precompilation and DLAA will be added in the future.
