This song comes courtesy of Vlambeer and Kozilek, both of whom are incredibly talented artists in their field.
Jukio Kallio (aka Kozilek) seems to becoming more notorious in the indie scene as his career advances; he's done work for Vlambeer's games Nuclear Throne and Luftrausers, and has also caught Terry Cavanagh's attention; his song Vietnam was used in the FlappyJam game Maverick Bird. His style is surprisingly robust, but is always fundamentally about a solid tune, executed in whatever style suits his needs. To give an example, while Vietnam is an energetic club beat, Nuclear Throne Theme gives a more western meets pop sensibilities vibe.
The game this song is from, Nuclear Throne, is essentially a top-down shooter similar to the Binding of Isaac, except with way more combat. It's remarkably fluid, and takes only seconds to get used to. It's yet another hallmark in the series of hardcore arcade games Vlambeer is known for. Seriously check it out.

Guide: The streams constantly coming to the center are the biggest worry. Compounded with the waves that shoot out, it can be quite complicated. I recommend starting from the center and working slowly to the outside; this gives you more time to line up for the next wave headed your way. The rest is fairly basic, albeit hectic, dodging.
