Out of all the DLC levels, this one is the most interesting both technical perspective and a design perspective. The reference here is quite obvious; this level plays like the endgame portion of Super Hexagon.
It references a concept first used in this video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kddayefn79I which is probably the best user level made for Soundodger+ by far.
Chipzel is a chiptune artist best known for her work on Super Hexagon (as you are likely no doubt aware.) She's amazing at creating high-octane house beats, and her love of the instruments she uses is abundant in spades. I've recently discovered Spectra (one of two albums Tokyo Skies appears in), an incredible album that I've been listening to non-stop for the past two weeks, and it's one I highly recommend you go check out.

This also gives me a chance to talk about the influences of Super Hexagon on Soundodger+. By now, it's probably no secret that Bean loves Super Hexagon, and that several of its elements appear in Soundodger+.
The first is the inversion of levels from basic to advanced, which is a parallel for the switch in Super Hexagon from normal to hyper. Then next is the addition of a Hyper Mode which transitions through all colours, similar to Hexagon's palette. And lastly, both are minimalist hardcore games, with an emphasis on the type of dodging style typically found in bullet hell games.
It's quite interesting, and while I enjoy Soundodger+ more than Super Hexagon, it is a game I still very much respect and enjoy.

Guide: Boy oh boy. Where do I start.
The first, most apparent problem is the colour palette. Every bullet here is white, so you lose your ability to foresee where any bullet comes from. That compounds the second problem, which is that most patterns here are fast moving walls with tessellations that require some form of significant movement.
You also get a friend! Its name is Homey the Homing Bullet, and it is a bit of a jerk. He can ruin your run right at the end when you're trying to go through corridors of bullets and he just beelines it exactly along the path you need to go.
The good news is Homey can be gotten rid of fairly easily; you just need to abuse his turning radius so that it rams into a wall before doing any major damage. I do this fairly late in the level; I recommend doing it almost as soon as Homey comes out. (You can also try to keep it for the whole song, but good luck with that.)
Overall, memorizing patterns is still your best bet. There aren't many overall, and most are straightforward assuming you aren't blindsided by them.
