It's Bean's track in the six DLC levels! Of all the songs included, I enjoyed this one the most. It's simultaneously serene and grand, just like its title; the epic cultural center for Tokyo.
Like all tracks included with the DLC, there is a game I'd like to associate with the song.
Bean is currently working on a new project, Choice Chamber! It's a randomly-generated platformer where the audience gets to participate a la Twitch Plays Pokemon style, choosing power-ups and weapon conditions, activating easter eggs, and a whole assortment of things.

Guide: This level is also interesting because it's so minimal with its bullets, but is somehow deserving of its four stars. My most problematic areas were 0:52 and 2:02. For the first, I recommend picking a rotation (clockwise or counterclockwise) and being consistent without focusing too much on any individual bullet.
For the second, use a similar strategy, but try to stay to the outer edge as much as possible. Besides that, the rest of the song comes together pretty easily.
