Well, it's nice to see that Bean definitely got his difficulty right on this level. It's also nice to see another dubstep-ish song in Soundodger+'s mix! Seriously. What a head-banging song.

This final level in the DLC set comes to us from A_Rival, someone whose work I've been slightly familiar with. He's worked on several projects, including the Megaman X Street Fighter game released by Capcom on the 30th anniversary of the two, but he's gained a large following by allowing his music to be played various gaming videos and streams. He also has the honour of being the first track to be made into a user level for Soundodger+: manvsgame's "rap," Cracklefat. This particular song was taken from TRUTHCANNON, an album I can't recommend highly enough. You can find a link below.

Guide: What's not a problem in this song?
Well, the opening minute or so won't prove much of challenge. The really fiddly part of the entire song are the bursts; for these, try to keep in mind two things: first, the linear bullets only have their point as the area to avoid, and second, try to remain as close to the center as possible. This eliminates the need to dodge a bullet more than once by minimizing the possible intersections of other bullets. (It's not very likely a bullet will pick an offset of 0 when it can choose anywhere from -50 to +50)
Now, those pieces of advice being said, I still had plenty of problems with this song. I'm torn between saying this level either requires pure luck or a healthy amount of skill. I was fairly lucky in my recorded bullet generation here; in my experience, you will have countless other generations that either force you out of the center or make you deal with very fast, very complex bursts. (These can come at you at up to speeds of 8!)
There are also things you can do/notice about the level though: in the first set of bursts, they essentially come from three points; you can see a simplified version of this at 2:27. A similar generation happens between 0:49 and 2:54; I wasn't able to find movement that abused this fact, but it might be present.
In summation, pray to RNGeezus and you should be fine.
