STEP 2 Additional Help

The folder to put the sound sample in for CSS is...

program files\Steam\steamapps\(YOUR USERNAME)\counter-strike source\cstrike
For other games... work it out yourself ;)

STEP 3 Additional Help

When browsing for your sounds, select RAW instead of Game Sounds if you can't find your sound sample. Be sure to load up the Source SDK *AFTER* placing the sound in the folder.
