Earlier this year Ninkasi brewery sent yeast into space on a sounding rocket, after recovery they used this yeast to brew a special beer. 'Ground Control' was only available in limited quantities, and thanks to the team at Ninkasi I acquired a bottle. As part of a special space salon event organized by the B612 Foundation I shared this very exclusive beverage with the attendees.
