Welcome to Episode 005 of The Shoot'em Up Show! Today's game is Space Cruiser. This 1981 Taito Arcade shooter was released August 26, 2021 on the Nintendo Switch. Space Cruiser is a short fun shooter. There are 5 different levels and once you finish the game you start back at level 1 and play through again. You can have up to 9 credits to play through the game. You get a high score for every credit 1 - 9. Die after 1 credit and don't continue, your score goes into the 1 credit slot. Play until you have no more credits? You score goes into the 9 credit slot. Very cool idea.

My goal here is to try and spread the love of shooters, shoot 'em ups, shmups, STGs. Whatever you want to call them. I just want to see this community grow.
