Always Board Never Boring is currently running a campaign for Space Crusade called Renegade. In the campaign, you can give up two honour badges and one regular terminator marine to bring along a librarian. In this video ABNB talks about sourcing a Rogue Trader era librarian miniature, making the psychic power cards, and all of the relevant rules for running a librarian in games of Space Crusade.
