In this video he talks about creating player aids, making Advanced Heroquest tiles out of the tiles from Mighty Warriors, rebasing miniatures, and repainting a goblin.

The recipe for goblin skin is:
Orruk Flesh basecoat (2 thin coats).
Agrax Earthshade wash.
Orruk Flesh highlight.
Ogryn Camo glaze to build highlights.
