What is a showcase?
A showcase video is one in which I show off my own works within games. Usually sandbox games (I'm no modder), it's a way for me to show you around my creations. Most of these will be in Space Engineers.
What is Space Engineers?
Space Engineers is a sandbox game about engineering, construction and maintenance of space works. Players build space ships and space stations of various sizes and utilization (civil and military), pilot ships and perform asteroid mining.
What is this showcase about?
The Explorer-Class Frigate, produced by Larson Astrofleet Engineering, is a frigate vessel available on the civilian market aimed at being a general-purpose long-range ship.
She is fast and agile, and moderately armed, allowing her to cover her own hide if she ends up in combat. These same attributes also help in manoeuvring through asteroid fields.
With a sensor package in front, and space for two small craft including drones, she can be used to map out the stars in comfort.
