The term "Idol Run" is from Spelunky, and this one is much easier besides. If we go through a portal, we have a good chance to end up in the temple. One of the sconces on the wall is a golden gala, which, instead of going into our inventory, goes to our health bar instead. Carrying that to the end is a requirement for a Steam achievement.
