Now that the Captain is 4/4 (whatever that means), it's time to get the Strongarm there, too. The Strongarm benefits from higher health and good starting damage, but the weapon upgrades largely aren't as good and the item discoverability barely exists. It's going to be an uphill climb, for sure.
