120Knights in Tight Spaces is a fantastically gorgeous turn-based tactical deckbuilder game where we control a group of brave Hero types who have to do battle in small areas!
And when I say gorgeous it really is, the visuals are fantastic, a beautiful hand-drawn ink art style that comes to life as the characters move and fight, it's a treat for the eyes!
We have a range of cards that we use to control our characters, ranging from movement cards to allow us to navigate the battlefield through to attack cards that let us boop the enemy on the nose in a variety of violent ways.
However we also have to learn to use the environment to our advantage. If we manage to push people off the map then they're out of the game. If we push them into an object or wall then they take damage. If we nip out of the way of their planned attack then they'll go ahead with it anyway and could possibly hit one of their own teammates!
There's also some RPG elements to the game too. We pick our character and we set off along a route on a map, chatting to people as we go, acquiring new cards and characters, picking up side quests and encountering more baddies!
