Space Punks Guide - How to get Gear Above 100 Power Level - FULL EXPLANATION!

Here is the Black Market/Gear Improvement video as promised.
Video Summary/Tips:
- Gear has a soft cap of 100 power and will drop only at that level, once you hit around level 30 or so.
- To go past 100 power for your: Ranged Weapon, Melee Weapon, Med Belt and Shield; you must craft the Punch Card for the item you want to Legendary Level and keep upgrading it.
- To get Trinkets past 100 power, you must do the Trinket Reward mission from the "Get-A-Job" Selection Screen and ONLY THE TRINKET AWARDED AT THE END - will be above 100 power.
