Today, I decided to work on a guide to POWER LEVEL. Here is quick summary of how it works:
- Power Level DOES NOT affect Gear Stats
- Power Level affects enemy stats relative to your stats (see vid for evidence as this change is DEMONSTRATED LIVE)
- Go to missions where your power level is not too different from the recommendation for best results :D
