0This one was a real pain to get working.
The first reactor is the one that does all of the hard work as it always outputs 100% consistently, meaning the loop on the second reactor is not needed at all.
The final piece of the puzzle are the flip-flops at the end of both of the paths that sync them up and get both paths back to the beginning of the process at the same time.
