Figured I should take a look at my namesake puzzle and see if I couldn't do something about getting it below 1k cycles. I heavily optimized the process for making halves of the molecule - got it down to a 27 cycle loop. The first half is even stored for free!

Stapling the halves together is kind of slow due to needing to move to the left side of the reactor to be bonded. Thankfully I'm able to save a bit of time getting that huge molecule back to the output by splitting the work with some hand off rotates.
