SpaceX had solved the major welding problems that had cause the Mk1 and SN1 to rupture during pressure testing, SN3 was looking like a good bet for a first flight. Unfortunately during testing the oxygen tank collapsed under the weight of a fully loaded fuel tank after pressure was lost.
SN4 is already being built.
